Jacobson & Associates offers a unique, third-party, authoritative Steel Customer Satisfaction Measurement (CSM) service to most major steel producers in the United States and Canada.

Among the charities that Jacobson & Associates donates to are American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, Canadian Cancer Society, American Red Cross, American Stroke Association, Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity (US and Canadian), Heifer Project, Leukemia Society, and UNICEF.
