The Jacobson Survey was begun in 1994 and is based on a panel of more than 2,300 steel customers. Jacobson & Associates annually receives 12,000 customer evaluations including specific customer comments and ‘gut’ perceptions for each major steel supplier – including both strengths and weaknesses.
